Again....Chocolate is good for you!

A new study has found that eating a little bit of chocolate could actually lower your total fat count - especially that fat on your belly.

The study looked at adolescents and found that those that ate more chocolate were more likely to have a lower body mass index. Chocolate may also improve cardiovascular issues for some people.

The study did not specify which types of chocolate were more beneficial than others.
