Eating nuts may help you live longer. We've known this for years, but USAtoday.com had an article with a big study that sheds more light onto how this little tasty nuggets help us.
Researchers followed almost 120,000 men and women for 30-years and found the people who ate nuts daily had a 20% less chance of dying during the study.
People who ate nuts 7 times a week or more had a lower chance of dying from heart disease and a lower chance of developing cancer too.
So...have some nuts!
