At the grocery store we're seeing more-and-more "gluten-free" products. We know there are some people who absolutely cannot eat products with gluten in them, but what does "gluten-free" mean to the rest of us?
The FDA released a new definition of what "gluten-free" is that products must adhere to. There is a mention in this article as-well about whether or not eating a "gluten-free" diet is even healthy. I thought it was an interesting read.
