Rihanna has gotten a brand new tattoo.

It says "Never a failure. Always a lesson" and it's under her right collarbone.

She got it at a tattoo parlor in New York City and when the artist asked her why she wanted that, Rihanna told her that it was her motto in life for everything and that instead of considering things to be mistakes, she considers them lessons.

She also wanted the phrase done in mirror writing so she would be able to read it in the mirror.

"BOOM BOOM POW" AND KINGS OF LEON ALBUM TOP THE 2009 ITUNES CHARTS

The Kings of Leon are the kings of the iTunes album charts for 2009. The group has the top-selling CD with "Only by the Night."

They were followed by the "Twilight" soundtrack, Lady Gaga's "The Fame" and Taylor Swift's "Fearless."

The Black Eyed Peas' "Boom Boom Pow" is iTunes' best-selling single.

Other songs in the top 10 include Flo Rida's "Right Round," Lady Gaga's "Poker Face" and another Black Eyed Peas' hit "I Gotta Feeling." Miley Cyrus' "Party in the U.S.A." was No. 7 on the singles list .

iTunes also name Michael Jackson its artist of the year.

Oneline sources report that Veronica Siwik-Daniels, aka Joslyn James, might be Tiger Woods' mistress # 11.

Deadspin.com reportss she's a porn star who specializes in kinky sex... and was Tiger's' "full-time" mistress.

She has (allegedly) provided "years of faithful service to [Woods] virulent sexual appetite."

The sports blogger (AJ Daulerio) reports that Rachel Uchitel and Kalika Moquin weren’t sleeping with Tiger. (For Uchitel, it may have happened on occasion, but for Moquin, an insider says she’s the “goody-two-shoes of the Vegas nightlife scene.”)

TIGER PAID FOR MISTRESS' LIPO?

Life & Style mag reports that Tiger Woods paid for mistress Jamie Jungers' plastic surgery.

An insider says, "Tiger gave Jamie thousands of dollars. She took that money to get liposuction on her thighs."

Jamie met Tiger in Las Vegas in July 2005. They reportedly carried on their affair for more than a year even though Jamie was engaged.

Jamie has not commented on any of the allegations.

BROADCASTER BRYANT GUMBEL TREATED FOR LUNG CANCER

Bryant Gumbel announced that he was recently treated for lung cancer.

The "Real Sports" host and former "Today" show anchor made the announcement morning while he was guest hosting on "Live! With Regis & Kelly."

Gumbel is filling for Regis Philbin while he's recovering from hip replacement surgery and told Kelly Ripa that he wouldn't be able to dance with "Dancing With the Stars" pro Julianne Hough yesterday.

He said: "I can't dance. I can't. I have a note from my doctor. Two months ago, I had cancer surgery. They opened up my chest. They took a malignant tumor and they took a part of my lung and some other goodies."

"The pathology on most of the stuff came up benign but enough of the aggressive cells had escaped the tumor that it warranted some treatment. I went through that and it's done now."

"We had told a few people, we told my family, obviously. I even kept it from my staff at 'Real Sports.' So I'm okay for the time being. I'm hoping they greenlight me to play golf again."

NICKY HILTON'S PLACE, ROBBED

Cops are investigating a burglary at the Los Angeles home of Nicky Hilton.

They were called yesterday afternoon about some unidentified items were missing from the home.

Paris Hilton's sister told cops burglars have taken her laptop and wildly expensive Lalique crystal.
