TIGER WOODS IS TAKING AN 'INDEFINITE' LEAVE FROM GOLF

Tiger Woods released a statement on his Web site that a nnounced he was taking a hiatus from golf:

"I am deeply aware of the disappointment and hurt that my infidelity has caused to so many people , most of all my wife and children. I want to say again to everyone that I am profoundly sorry and that I ask forgiveness.

What's most important now is that my family has the time, privacy, and safe haven we will need for personal healing. After much soul searching, I have decided to take an indefinite break from professional golf. I need to focus my attention on being a better husband, father, and person."

Michael Jackson and six other people will get a posthumous Grammy for lifetime achievement.

Michael Jackson won 13 Grammys and had 17 No. 1 singles in the United States. His 1982 album "Thriller" is also the highest-selling album of all time.

The Recording Academy will honor the lifetime achievement winners at an event on January 30th, the day before the Grammy Awards are handed out in Los Angeles.

The others getting the award are Leonard Cohen, blues musician David "Honeyboy" Edwards, Loretta Lynn, pianist Andre Previn, fluegelhorn player Clark Terry and Bobby Darin.

PINK'S MAN GOT A NEW TATTOO...OF HER!

Pink's man, motorcycle racer Carey Hart, got a tattoo of his wife on his body during a stop at a tattoo shop in Las Vegas, Nevada.

34 year old Carey went on Twitter and wrote that he got a tattoo of his wife on his leg .

The tattoo features Pink with a black eye and wearing a floral fedora. Carey said the body art was done in a "day of the dead style."
