BRET MICHAELS SAYS MILEY CYRUS "NAILED" HER COVER OF POISON'S "EVERY ROSE HAS IT'S THORN"

Miley Cyrus recently recorded a cover of Poison's classic 80s track, "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" and frontman Bret Michaels said she handled her business.

Bret said: "Miley nailed the song. She really knew what she was doing. She got in there and picked the guitar up. It was one of those nights that just worked. It was fun. It's gotta be her taking 'Every Rose' and making it all hers."

"She's one of the few musicians who can pull it off and give it her own flare and make it sound good. I think that's what's going to make the song feel like she owns it. She's got a very contemporary twist on it."
