MILEY CYRUS' TOUR BUS CRASHES...DRIVER DIES...MILEY NOT HURT...AND SHE WON'T HAVE TO PAY UP $4 BILLION TO THE ASIAN COMMUNITY

The driver of one of Miley Cyrus' tour buses died of a heart attack when he crashed on an interstate near Richmond Virginia.

The 53 year old man was the only person who died in the crash. A 48 year old man was injured in the crash. He is a member of Miley Cyrus' production crew and was taken to a hospital for minor.

The bus was riding when it went off the left hand side of the road and went about 100 yards before it ended up on its right side. 10 people were on the bus when it went off the road and overturned. Nine of them are members of Miley's production lighting crew and most of them were asleep at the time of the crash. They were able to get out of the bus through the front windshield.

Miley wasn't on board the bus that crashed. Miley was actually nowhere near the accident and no one could say where she was when the accident happened.

The bus was heading to Greensboro, North Carolina where Miley was scheduled to do a concert last night.

A publicist for Miley released a statement saying: "We are deeply saddened by the loss of Bill "Uncle Bill" Douglas. Members of our tour are like members of our family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family in the midst of this tragedy. He will truly be missed."
