Jay-Z says he's the "new Sinatra " -- so here's NY's chance to compare him with the original.

On Friday, Dec. 4, the MSG network will air Jay-Z's "Answer the Call" concert from September (10:30 p.m.), followed by "Frank Sinatra: The Main Event," Old Blue Eyes' classic MSG concert from October 1974.

You can vote on msg.com if you think Jay- Z's "Empire State of Mind" should replace Sinatra's "New York, New York" as the city's unofficial anthem.

Rihanna's appearance on "Good Morning America" almost got X-rated after her dress "busted" just minutes before she was supposed to get on stage.

Rihanna was wearing a white mini dress and stiletto heels but she had trouble giving fans a full-out performance because she was so worried her dress would pop off.

She told the crowd: "I'm a little too fat right now. My dress, the zip busted in the back. They're like, 'You're a minute late!' I wanted to stitch it up but I couldn't!"

Justin Bieber broke his foot while he was opening for Taylor Swift at England's Wembley Arena. Something happened he was finishing up his set.

Justin went on Twitter and wrote: "I tripped over something on stage coming down the ramp and felt my ankle roll in a very bad way. Turns out I fractured my foot and had to finish the song on a broken foot. After I was done I was in such pain I skipped the encore and got off stage and back to see the medics."

Donny Osmond is the new champion of "Dancing with Stars."

He took home the show's mirror ball trophy in the season finale, beating singer Mya , who some expected to win. She had the highest scores going into the finale.

Mya was second, while Kelly Osbourne , daughter of Ozzy Osbourne, finished third.

Also last night: there was a d ance-off between NFL stars Michael Irvin and Jerry Rice (they both won mini disco ball rings); former congressman Tom DeLay returned, as did the rest of the star competitors; Jerry Springer, Cloris Leachman appeared, (and Steve Wozniak tried to dance, yet again).

Donny Osmond sang "Puppy Love".

Whitney Houston performed "I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)".
