Lindsay Lohan released two albums, and for the last couple of years, there have been rumors she's working on a third album.

Eighteen months ago, Ne-Yo even gave props to Lindsay's work ethic and talked about their plans to work together. But now it sounds as something happened between the two of them.

Ne-Yo said: "We were doing some stuff and then it just fell off and hasn't got back on. I'm not gonna hold my breath. Lindsay, when you're ready to get it in, give me a call."
