Beyonce is going to be in court soon after being sued by a Japanese company for breach of contract.

Hong Kong's Vier International is an apparel maker. They are claiming they lost more than $500,000 because Beyonce's Beyond Productions and House of Deréon were "conspirators who induced the shipment of goods to the United States with the intent to convert them or pay less than the agreed upon contract price."

The company also included claims in their lawsuit that violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), which is the same law used in Mafia cases!

According to reports, Beyonce and her mother Tina bought cheap garments from the company but requested "manufacturer specifications" so that the garments wouldn't need altering before going on sale.
