The TiVo "Stop Watch" service made the announcement after tallying up numbers they collected as its customers watched the Super Bowl on their DVRs.
The Snickers ad with Betty White ranked second , while the "Focus on the Family" spot featuring Tim Tebow and his mother, Pam, finished third.
Doritos also had the No. 4 ad with its "Snack Attack" spot. Intel's humiliated robot ad rounded out the top five.
The bottom 5 were the E-Trade "Baby Love Triangle" ad, the Bud Light "Observatory" spot, CareerBuilder's "Casual Fridays," TruTV's "Punxsutawney Polamalu" ad, and the Hyundai Sonata ad featuring Brett Favre as an old MVP.
New Orleans Saints cornerback Tracy Porter's interception was the most-watched moment during the game.
