What's For Dinner?

Last night, I attempted to eat the BIGGEST chimichanga around! Just east of Wausau, there is a place with outstanding food! This chimi was the size of my head. And, what you see is where I left off! So, what's for dinner? My leftover chimi!!

I was  thinking... I like to cook when I have time... do you have any outstanding recipes? E-mail me yours, and in the next few weeks I will pick a few that sound good and make them!
