Lady GaGa has a new boyfriend! She allegedly hooked up with a guy named Matthew Williams, who has a baby.

A source told In Touch Weekly: "Matthew and Gaga have been dating for months. They were together on and off for more than a year, but called it off when mixing work and love became too difficult. Matthew then had a child with another woman and Gaga started dating someone else, but their feelings for each other never went away. They spend all their time together, and travel everywhere, so it was bound to happen. Gaga got dumped and Matthew left his girlfriend for Gaga."
