WHITNEY HOUSTON PERFORMED IN AUSTRALIA...AND IT WAS WORSE THAN A TRAINWRECK

Fans stormed out of Whitney Houston's first Australian concert in 12 years because Whitney couldn't hit her notes and also struggled to breathe.

One fan even said: "She couldn't entertain a dead rat, to be honest."

46 year old Whitney go though only two songs before taking an "extended break". She ended up having to rely on her backup singers and at times, Whitney seemed disoriented and couldn't remember the names of her band members.

Whitney also coughed a lot and stopped as she was about to hit the high note on "I Will Always Love You". She toweled herself off and took a sip of water!

Her promoter denied rumors Whitney was sick and defended her, saying: "It was not a train wreck. She was hitting most of the notes, yes her throat was a little croaky. Her health is fine but she's also not 22 years of age anymore. She was out of breath in a couple of songs and probably wasn't up to scratch of the Whitney of 20 years ago. But I don't apologize for that, she had a red-hot go."

"There were 9,500 people there and 9,000 gave her a standing ovation. There were so many happy faces, that's what she saw from the stage. So she's surprised by the negativity. She went to bed after the show giving a two-and-a-half hour solid performance. She was proud of it. She thought she gave her all and did a strong performance and I agreed with her. This was the first night of a tour after a long flight; she hasn't played for a while."

The Australian concerts are part of her comeback "Nothing But Love" tour, but fans didn't care. Some of them demanded their money back. Whitney is set to perform in Sydney tonight.
