BEING A PAP AROUND LINDSAY LOHAN, IS DANGEROUS

ehicle with Lindsay Lohan inside was involved in a collision with a paparazzo.
An ambulance was called out to the scene of the accident and treated the man.
A police report was taken and Lohan's driver is now a person of interest in a criminal assault with a deadly weapon investigation.
(The incident occurred at 12:30 AM in front The Hotel Cafe in Hollywood. Lindsay's driver was behind the wheel of her BMW when it made contact with the paparazzo.)
The photog injured his hand and was treated by EMTs who arrived on scene.

TMZ reports the photographer is considering a lawsuit.
He says, "Of course I'm going to sue them ... but I don't care about the money."
He claims he is "lucky to be alive" -- especially because the driver was wearing sunglasses while driving in a dark alley.
The photog added, "I want to press charges so badly ... she's going to jail."
