KATY PERRY IS PREGNANT!...SHE HAD HER FIRST SONOGRAM... UMM... NOT!

Katy Perry was seen leaving a hospital in Century City, California, where she allegedly had her first sonogram!

A source told X17: "Katy looked positively radiant when she stepped out of the doctor's office, and while she wouldn't comment on her pregnancy, her face said it all!"

Katy and her fiancé , Russell Brand, first started the pregnancy rumor when they were seen visiting children's shops in London.

REP SAYS: NOT TRUE

Katy Perry's rep tells UsMagazine.com that reports claiming Perry was getting a sonogram and showing off a baby bump were "not true."

Plus, Katie offered a little too much info, on Twitter:  she was on "my period" Wednesday evening.
