GARY COLEMAN POSTS BAIL, LEAVES JAIL IN A WHEELCHAIR
Gary Coleman posted bail and was released from Utah County Jail on Monday afternoon.
The actor left in a wheelchair, but talked about his jail experience... and he explained the real reason he was thrown into the pokey in the first place.
On Sunday, Coleman was arrested on an outstanding domestic violence warrant. He says that he had a valid reason for missing his court date.
He "was in the hospital getting minor surgery.".
His father-in-law, who was there to pick up Coleman, told RadarOnline.com that he was actually having heart surgery.
The father-in-law also said that Coleman undergoes dialysis three times a week for a pre-existing medical condition he has had since he was born.
As for his prison time, Coleman called it "absolutely miserable."
As for how his marriage with Shannon Price is going, Coleman joked "My wife would kill me!" if he spoke out.
