Lady Gaga hits the cover of ‘Vogue’

Lady Gaga is on the cover of the September issue of ‘Vogue,’ and she is in all her over-the-top glory for it.

Gaga released the picture of the cover over Twitter in order to give her fans just what they want, states UsMagazine.com. “Shh don’t tell Twitter, September issue of Vogue magazine, sorry Anna [Wintour] but underground kids deserve it. Bisous!” Gaga commented.

On the cover, she is sporting a fuchsia, mermaid-style Marc Jacobs dress along with a poofy blonde hairstyle.

Gaga was previously on the March 2011 cover of the fashion magazine.
