Britney Spears gets court case dropped by judge

It looks like Britney Spears has one less thing to worry about as she has had her court case dropped by the judge handling the matter.

Sam Lufti was suing Spears over a number of issues including $1 million he thought he was owed, states Hollyscoop. However, the case has been dropped as the judge determined Spears never gave “reciprocal assent” to pay him 15% during the time he claims he worked for her.

Lufti has reportedly claimed that he plans to appeal the judge’s decision.
