Megan Fox steps out for first time since giving birth

Considering Megan Fox hid the birth of her first child for almost a month, it’s surprising that she even allowed paparazzi to catch her out publicly for the first time since giving birth.

Fox headed out with Brian Austin Green for dinner in West Hollywood, states E! News. The two haven’t been spotted out together since she gave birth in September to their first son together.

Both appeared casual as they dined at Jar restaurant. Their newborn son, Noah, was not with them for the meal.
