Drug charges dropped against Jon Bon Jovi’s daughter

Jon Bon Jovi’s daughter, Stephanie Bongiovi, will not be facing drug charges after allegedly overdosing on heroin.

The Oneida County District Attorney’s Office will be dropping the charges due to a New York law that states people experiencing a drug overdose — as well as the people who help them seek medical care — cannot be prosecuted in those instances, states TMZ.

Bon Jovi’s daughter was treated at a hospital for a drug overdose after being found unconscious at a college dorm room. After that, she was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
