‘Jersey Shore’s’ “The Situation” suing vodka company

‘Jersey Shore’ star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino has dealt with legal troubles before, and now it seems he is dealing with some more.

The reality TV star is reportedly suing Devotion Spirits for millions as he allegedly promoted the brand, but they didn’t hold up to their end of the deal, states TMZ. While they did give him 8% ownership in the company when he signed up, they allegedly failed to  give him 2% more to him when they hit their one-year anniversary.

“The Situation” is also claiming they didn’t give him a $400,000 “buy back” option for his shares on the two-year anniversary and failed to give him their sales reports.

Now, it is believed that he is suing for over $5 million in this lawsuit.
