Katy Perry, John Mayer enjoy trip to her hometown

Against all odds, Katy Perry and John Mayer might just be working out as the two recently took a trip back to her hometown of Santa Barbara.

The two reportedly headed north of Los Angeles for a quick getaway that included a visit to Old Mission, states E! News. And while many are speculating that he might have met her parents during the trip, that is still unknown at this time.

Perry and Mayer have been going strong ever since they reignited their romance after a rumored second split.
