The actress was spotted with her beau in Santa Fe, New Mexico where she was rocking the huge diamond, states UsMagazine.com. He proposed late this summer while celebrating his birthday in New York City.

Now, it is rumored the two stars are looking to have a small destination wedding with a few close friends and family members.
