Megan Fox gave birth to first child weeks ago

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green welcomed their first child together a few weeks ago as they are just now revealing the happy news.

Fox and Green reportedly welcomed their first son together, Noah Shannon, on September 27th, states UsMagazine.com. “We have been very lucky to have had a peaceful few weeks at home. He is healthy, happy and perfect,” Fox wrote on Facebook as the way to break the news.

Green already has one son, Kassius, with his ex, Vanessa Marcil.

Fox stayed out of the spotlight for most of her pregnancy.
