WIFC's Disco Cures Cancer...Whew!

Whew..we made it through another WIFC Disco Cures Cancer! A few notes looking back, but first of all..thank you all for coming to this event. I originally came up with this thing 13 years ago, but trust me..you are the reason we keep having success with it. Also, the WIFC & Dales Weston Lanes staffs...well-oiled machines baby. Thanks to all of you for some serious hard work. Friday is normally an insane day for me personally. I do the show with Stac'. This year we had Amy Pflugshaupt in-studio to do a live interview on NewsChannel 7 during Kallaway on the Rise..thanks girl! Also went to Channel 7 & 9 to get some coverage for Disco. I know it's hard to cover so much over the weekend, but you guys do it and I appreciate it very much. The Wausau Daily Herald ran a great article the day before Disco and came out to cover the dance..thank you, thank you. All in all..it's just a marathon of love that day. And when it's over..I'm spent. I know every year that I'm going to boogie all I can and then hit a wall. I chill out big time the day after Disco because I know that the train ain't stoppin'.
