Im pretty sure they just wear that so people will talk about them I mean lets be honest when has Jessica Simpson done anything for someone to actually talk about?  However everyone still talks about the so called queen of pop.  She was recently having a show at Madison Square Garden and heres just one of her many crazy outfits.  Good look or not??
