Matthew Migliaccio, who is being sued by Elizabeth Lloyd after being struck in the face with a baseball he threw, was 11 at the time.

Congratulations to Elizabeth Lloyd, she just became public enemy #1 around the country.  She's a New Jersey woman who was struck in the face with a baseball at a Little League game.  Now she is suing an 11 year old catcher  who accidentaly threw the ball, for a mind boggling $150,000.  That money will go for damages to cover medical costs, also seeking an undefined amount for pain and suffering.  It’s disgusting that you have people suing an 11-year-old kid for overthrowing his pitcher in the bullpen.  What is your take on this story?
