This photo shows the police officer kneeling down to give this homeless man a pair of boots on a cold November night.  Officer Lawrence DePrimo, 25 years old saw a man without shoes so he returned with a pair of $100.00 boots at a nearby Skechers store.  You can even see the blisters on the mans feet.  Kudos to this officer who truly shows what it means to serve and protect!!
