On Tuesday, we will be chatting with Meera Patricia Kerr-a yoga instructor. A lot of people think yoga is just for rail thin people...it's not. She has a book (and DVD) out called Big Yoga. Yoga is something that has helped me personally through stress, pain, and general life. I am sad when people think it's only for "certain" people. It's for EVERYONE.
