In light of yesterday's Favre pseudo retirement, I thought I'd shock you readers and go a DIFFERENT direction today!!!

Yet another professional athlete is trying his hand at hip-hop. According to the "Sun-Sentinel," Green Bay Packer Al Harris is preparing a Christian rap album. Harris recently joined forces with his childhood friend Kevin Soto to create the record, which he plans on dropping later this year on his label, 31 Entertainment. The NFL star says he's trying to "start a movement" with his music explaining, quote, "We're trying to say that you don't have to cuss, or have to sell drugs or whatever, to be cool. You can still be cool and fly, and love the Lord."
While Harris was making his way into the NFL, Soto was in and out of jail. He's eventually turned his life around, and says he hopes his story will help inspire those who listen to their record. He adds, quote, "A lot of it is telling everyone what I've done, and this is what it can lead you to, and what [Harris] has done, and where that hard work can lead you to."
