Matt LeBlanc...What happened to you?  This "look" is for a role, right?  I can handle the part where he looks trashed--it happens.  The gray hair?  He looks like he's in his 60's! Not that there's anything wrong with that age but when you are um, 42 years old, you shouldn't look like you are 60!!!!  I just saw Friends today and looking at this picture, I want to cry.  MATT, what is happening to you????
