I'm a licensed Nail Tech and I adore a great polish...I love Nicole by OPI and OPI in general.  There have been many cool kinds lately like the crackle--can't get enough of the crackle.  NOW, there's the RUBBER-LIKE polish...I'm sold!  Will this be the new norm?
