Like a BOSS! Who has more talent, the keel walker or the captain of the sailboat?

There are some risk takers in the world.  We may have found the craziest one of all.  Do you see the guy that looks out of place? Look on the orange keel (under the boat).  There is a man WALKING on the keel of the sailboat.
