Here is a dog tearing off the front bumper of a Police car in Chattanooga, TN!  The dog was returned to the owners.  Why these dogs are loose is one question.  The owner says his dog would never do anything like this again.  Right!  Until it does.  Hey, I love dogs, cats, birds and all kinds of animals.  But please keep them under control!
