Next to the White Tigers at the Wisconsin Valley Fair is a cage of 175 parakeets.  You can feed these birds.  What they do is put seed on your hand.  The birds will flock to your hand to get the seed.  They have no fear of humans.  It reminds me of when I had a couple of parakeets when I was a kid.
