Last week at the Wisconsin Valley Fair, next to the White Tigers, there was a cage of 175 parakeets.  There were very happy to fly to my arm. When they put millet seed on your hand, the birds flocked to it and went wild trying to get the seed.  Here's the birds feasting on seed on Belky's hand.  The parakeet exhibit was very cool.  Find more pictures here:  http://wifc.com/galleries/780/
