It's the Wisconsin Valley Fair's Greatest Hits Vol 4:  The Rides.  The rides are a major part of any fair visit.  I was told the Ferri Wheel had it's light all redone to the tune of $60,000 having them all replaced with LED lights.  See more pictures here:  http://wifc.com/galleries/780/
