Tony's Blog 1/16: What is a Cloud Tsunami???

This is a cloud tsunami happening in Panama City, Florida on February 7th.  What is happening is fog is being blown by the ocean winds against the high rise buildings.  It's a very unusual looking effect.  Have you ever seen the fog do weird things?
