Ukrainian singer Aza is sueing Carly Rae Jepsen in LA court saying Carly stole her song "Hunky Santa" note for note and tweeked it slightly to make "Call Me Maybe".  You can check out the two songs above to see what you think.  I think this is Aza's publicity stunt, as nobody knows who she is (at least outside the Ukraine).
