Wisconsin Rapids, Wi (WSAU) The Northwoods League got a little bigger Tuesday night. The summer college baseball league which includes the Wisconsin Woodchucks will add another team in Wisconsin Rapids. The Rapids City Council approved the move last night to allow the new team to play their home games at Witter Field. Wisconsin Rapids will be the 16th team in the league which added a team in Willmar, Minnesota earlier this year.
