MARSHFIELD, Wis (WSAU) A Marshfield man is in the Marathon County jail on a 6th OWI charge. Scott Miller has been unable to post 5-thousand dollars cash bond.

The sheriffs department says he rolled over his Jeep around 3am Monday morning. He was unhurt in the crash, and was arrested after failing a field sobriety test. Police reports say his blood-alcohol level was point-27 -- more than three times the legal limit.

The 32-year-old has a series of O-W-I arrests in Wood and Marathon counties dating back to 1998.
