KENOSHA, Wis. (WTAQ) - A fourth person has been arrested in the killing of a custard stand employee in Kenosha last summer. A 25-year-old Kenosha man was due in court Tuesday afternoon to face possible charges of homicide, attempted homicide, and armed robbery.
24-year-old Daniel Gonzalez, 29-year-old Julian Miller, and 24-year-old Jose Leon-Nava face similar charges in a robbery last July at Shirl’s Drive In in Kenosha. 18-year-old Robert Wilde was killed during the holdup, and his manager was wounded but survived. Miller is also charged with illegally possessing a gun as a convicted felon. The 4th person met with detectives last week, and was held for violating a previous parole.
