MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WTAQ) - Two Milwaukee police officers got quite a surprise Monday when they stopped a car that was breezing through stop signs. The officers met a couple who could not speak English – and the woman was in labor. The officers were calling for medical help when the woman’s water broke, and the child started coming out. An ambulance arrived in time to get the couple to a hospital, where the birth process was completed and a baby girl came into the world. Instead of giving them a ticket, the officers bought diapers, a gift certificate, and a card for the family.
