Cake Boss regular Remy Gonzalez was taken into custody on 18 August (10) and is currently being held at Morris County Jail in New Jersey on $300,000 (£200,000) bail.

Gonzalez is charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, criminal sexual contact, and endangering the welfare of a child, reports TMZ.com.

A statement from bosses at TLC, who air the show in America, reads, ""We support Buddy... during this very difficult and challenging time.""

A hearing is set for 7 September (10).
