SUPERIOR, Wis (WSAU) A man killed at an iron ore plant in Superior has been identified as 43-year-old Kelly Yadon. He died in an industrial mishap yesterday morning at the Burlington Northern-Santa Fe Railroad’s taconite plant. When rescuers found Yadon, they said he was pinned between two steel beams next to a conveyor belt. And they used equipment to pull the man from under one of the teams. They used C-P-R to try-and-revive him. But that failed, and Yadon died at the scene.

He had worked at the plant for about five years. Superior Police, the Douglas County medical examiner, the B-N-S-F railroad, and the U-S Occupational Safety-and-Health Administration are all investigating.
