MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WTAQ) - The Occupational Safety and Health Administration joins West Milwaukee police in the investigation of a fatal industrial accident. Leroy Baker died when a piece of metal fell on him in front of Galland Henning Nopak Manufacturing Company at about 11 a.m. The 57-year-old Baker had worked at the machine manufacturing plant since he was 16-years-old. The company president says it is cooperating with investigators to try to find out what happened to cause the accident.
