MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WTAQ) - Prosecutors in Milwaukee say an apartment building manager killed a tenant who locked himself out of his unit. 52-year-old Jimmie Richardson is charged with felony murder in the beating death of 52-year-old Richard Bohannon. Richardson is being held on a $50,000 bond. A witness told police that Bohannon lost his apartment keys after getting drunk on February 8th – and when he called the manager for help, Richardson went into a rage. The manager allegedly threw the tenant against a wall, tossed him down one flight of stairs, and kicked him down another flight. Bohannon was found in a boiler room, and he died at a hospital a week later. An autopsy showed that he had a fractured skull, broken ribs, and other blunt force injuries.
