SCHOFIELD, Wis (WSAU) There was a two-car crash on Business 51 in Schofield last night. It happened around 6-30 when one vehicle was making a left-hand turn and crashed into an oncoming car. That vehicle was pushed into a light pole.

Everest-Metro police say the female driver in the car that was turning was not seriously hurt. She was treated at the scene and released. The male driver of the second car was taken to Wausau-Aspirus Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash is still under investigation. Alcohol was not a factor.
