Hassam Zarbakhsh claims he was severely hurt when The Usual Suspects star's Ford Bronco smashed into his sports utility vehicle in Hollywood earlier this year (10), according to a lawsuit filed on Tuesday (12Oct10) at Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Zarbakhsh's lawyer tells TMZ.com his client sustained a ""major spinal injury"" in the accident.

He is said to be seeking a judgment in the six-figure range but the exact sum is unknown.
